3. Application Process

9. Representations and Warranties

9.1. You represent and warrant that all content submitted is original, free from plagiarism, and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
9.2. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from the content you submit.
9.3. You confirm that no AI-generated content will be submitted.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program.
10.2. Our total liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the total amount paid to you under the Program.

11. Amendments
